We provide a standard, limited warranty for manufacturer defects and workmanship of all models of electric bicycles, scooters, and their components purchased directly from the Haidong website. From the date of delivery of the product, during the warranty service period, the defective parts caused by Haidong will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The client needs to provide the original purchase receipt to establish the proof of purchase and determine the warranty start date.

Note: If there are any quality problems with the battery, motor, and controller of the electric bicycle received from Haidong within one month from the date of delivery, Haidong will send new bikes to the client for free.

Shipping Claim
In rare cases, the items we send will be damaged during transportation. In this case, please contact info@hd-ebike.com and provide us with photo or video proof. We will actively solve the problems for you.
Note: We will not accept shipping damage claims after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
